Big O Tires

I had an issue with my tire pressures being low. It's over 110 degrees here 115 to be exact. I received friendly and speedy customer service from Matt and Treston. I appreciate your hard work and I would definitely recommend this store. Particularly these two guys at this location. Great job fellas! Keep cool and stay safe

Scheduled an appointment same day for tire repair and the service provided by Rich (Manager) was phenomenal. Their techs were equally as professional and courteous. I recommend coming to these guys for immediate fixes.

Matthew and Jace were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They filled up my tires with air today. Ive also had my tires rotated at this location. Both times have been great experiences. I felt like things were done efficiently and quickly. They immediately filled up my tires with no hesitation. I would recommend and I will return for my tire needs.

So I took this tire in to get a 30.00 patch from a dry wall screw and find out they don't know how a tire machine because they took a chunk out of the side wall and completely ruin tire.told me we can replace the tire for you and that the tire was useless.then quoted me 2800 plus dollars to replace all 4 when I got home to put a plug in the tire, which only took me about 2 minutes, noticed the chunk out of the sidewalk, and no Schrader valve in the valve stem. What a joke they call themselves a business. Do not go there, save yourself. The trouble of poor labor performance and poor customer service

Avoid this place like they have covid, even the management is vile. They replaced my tire with the wrong tire. I drive white walls and it was replaced with a tire that does not match. I was never informed the tire would not match, and was charged for it despite having a 3 year warranty. They tried to argue that my warranty bought in August of 2024 was expired (3 year warranty). When I called to figure out why and what the solution is, I was informed by the District Manager Tom that they are under "no obligation" to replace my tire with a tire that matches the aesthetic of my other tires. Before you come here truly ask yourself do you want to have to pay for tires twice? Are you willing to fight for your tires to match? If the answer is no I'd highly recommend not to come here. (spot the difference in photo) This review was submitted a week ago and they still have not reached out with a final resolution. I was told they would order an additional tire and have not heard anything regarding this situation since. Unprofessional and unconcerned with their customer's safety.
